Tarrnation Flower Farm is a 6-acre flower farm in beautiful Sugar Hill, NH, home to exquisitely grown cut flowers and creative floral design.

We are seeking capable and enthusiastic farm hand to join our team!

This position requires an individual who is well organized, has strong personal skills, experience in retail as well as some knowledge of and passion for flowers. This individual must be motivated, confident and excited. This is a part-time seasonal position beginning the first week in June for flower season through December for fall clean up and holiday wreath season. 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Seeding, watering, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, post-harvest preparation of flowers, making mixed bouquets, customer relations, farmers market sales.

• Have a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently 

• Able to work potentially long hours, outside in all types of weather, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle 

• Weekends are a MUST. 

• A commitment to work entire season with the opportunity to return the following year. We are looking to build our future team!

• Live locally (within 20 miles). 

• Farming and design experience is a plus but not necessary.

Compensation
Hourly wage, pay commensurate with experience.
